DAMAGED ITEM: If you receive an item that is damaged/or defective, please send us an email to support@shopsdesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include a photo along with your order number.
SDesigns TEES: (monogrammed, custom graphic tees, etc.) are customized and made to order. All are final sale. Regarding non custom designs, if you would like possible exchange please email support@shopsdesigns.com for a request.
LOST PACKAGES: SDesigns is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility is of USPS. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact your local postal service for assistance. Please email us of your issue so that we can assist in any way.
