What is Local Pick Up?
Local Pick up is every simple. You will be contacted via email or text with pick up instructions once your order is ready. Local Pick Up is currently available in Atkins, AR. Our system consists being given a private code to access opening the "pick up box." You are welcome to pick up day/time most convenient for you. This is not a delivery system, we do not drive according to where you are. This is a free service offered, so we will not drive to your house, work, etc.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The estimate delivery time is 7-14 days within the US. Most orders are shipped out within 1 week. Due to high volume at that time there might be a delay.
How does the shirt making process work?
All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, the exact shirts will be ordered through our distributor company. The shirts typically arrive within 2-4 business days. The shirts will then be designed in house and packaged to be shipped or ready for pick up.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com.
How do I know if the dress/top will fit well?
On each product page, we have listed the specific measurements for all available sizes. Please check the measurements and compare with your own size. Feel free to email support@shopsdesigns.com for any questions regarding sizing.
Do your tees run true to size?
The quick answer — YES! Most of our tees fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Be sure to read the details section before buying.
Do you have a storefront?
No, we are an online only boutique. However, local pick-up is offered in Atkins, AR.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
We are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped! Please email support@shopsdesigns.com so that we can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
Can I expedite my shipping?
No matter the shipping method chosen, it will still take the expected 7-14 days to deliver.
What if I need my order sooner than your expected time?
If you are needing an order by a certain date. Please email support@shopsdesigns.com prior to placing an order. Depending on the amount of orders at the moment, it may be possible to rush your order. If you place an order before contacting, there is no guarantee that you will receive you order in time.
